    ٢٢٩٣ - قاضي الحرس [٢٨٩ - ٣٥٨] (٥) [٢٦١ أ] محمّد بن سليمان بن إبراهيم أبي الشريف، ابن سليمان بن عبد الله بن المهلّب، أبو بكر، المصريّ، المالكيّ، الحرسيّ، قاضي الحرس. ولد في شعبان سنة تسع وثمانين ومائتين. وروى عن أبي عبد الرحمن النسائيّ، وإسحاق بن إبراهيم المنجنيقيّ، وأبي بشر الدولابيّ.روى عنه القاضي أبو بكر المعافريّ، وأبو بكر محمّد بن أحمد الواسطيّ صاحب «فضائل بيت المقدس» وغيره. توفّي في صفر سنة ثمان وخمسين وثلاثمائة.
