٢٢٣٧ - أبو بكر بن سيّار البغداديّ [- ٣٣٦] (٢) محمّد بن داود بن سليمان بن سيّار بن بيان، الفقيه البغداديّ. قدم مصر ونزل بها. وولي القضاء بتنيس. وروى كتب محمّد بن جرير الطبريّ عنه، وحدّث عن جماعة. قال ابن يونس: وكان نظيفا عاقلا، وولي ديوان الأحباس بمصر. توفّي ليلة الخميس لثلاث إن بقين من جمادى الآخرة سنة ستّ وثلاثين وثلاثمائة.
