٢١٢٧ - ابن طحال المقداديّ الزيديّ [- بعد ٥٥٣] محمد بن الحسين بن طحال، أبو عبد الله، المقداديّ، إمام مشهد عليّ بن أبي طالب بالكوفة. كان زيديّ المذهب. وقدم إلى مصر في سنة ثلاث وخمسين وخمسمائة، وجرت له مناظرات بمصر مع الإمام أبي الفضائل ابن رشيق. وكان رجلا صالحا فردا في علم الكلام على مذهب المعتزلة.
