٢٠٢٣ - ابن شمّاخ الغافقيّ القاضي [- ٤٥٩] (٢) محمد بن حبيب بن طاهر بن علي بن شمّاخ، أبو عبد الله، الغافقيّ، القاضي. سمع بقرطبة من يونس بن عبد الله بن مغيث وغيره. ورحل وحجّ سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربعمائة، فلقي بمصر عبد الوهّاب بن عليّ المالكيّ، وسمع منه كتاب التلقين في الفقه [من تأليفه]. وعاد إلى المغرب، واستقضي ببلده. وكان من أهل الخير. ومات فجأة يوم السبت لعشر بقين من شهر رمضان سنة تسع وخمسين وأربعمائة.
