٢٠٠٦ - ابن ذكا النابلسيّ [- بعد ٤٩٥] (١) محمد بن جوهر بن ذكا، أبو الفتح، النابلسيّ. ... فلمّا مات قاضي القضاة أبو الطاهر محمد بن رجاء، وليّ بعده في سنة ثلاث وتسعين وأربعمائة، ولّاه الأفضل ابن أمير الجيوش في خلافة أمير المؤمنين المستعلي بالله أبي القاسم أحمد. فلم يزل إلى [أن] صرف عن القضاء بعد موت المستعلي في شهر ربيع الأوّل سنة خمس وتسعين، من أجل أنّ إبراهيم بن حمزة الشاهد كان يعاديه فأعمل الحيلة إلى أن بلغ الأفضل ابن أمير الجيوش أنّه أحدث في مجلس الحكم بمصر فصرفه (٢). وولّى بعده حسين بن يوسف بن أحمد الرصافي. ثم أعيد [ ... ].
