١٨٠٩ - أبو أسامة الهرويّ المقرئ [٣٢٩ - ٧١٤] (٣) محمد بن أحمد بن القاسم، أبو أسامة، الهرويّ، المقرئ. سكن مكّة وسمع من أبي العبّاس عبد الله بنعثمان بن عمرو البصريّ الحكيميّ، وحدّث عنه بمكّة. [وسمع بمكّة ودمشق وتنيس وغزّة والقدس. وروى عنه أبو بكر البيهقيّ في آخرين]. وروى القراءة عن أبي بكر محمد بن الحسن النقّاش، ثمّ عرض على أبي الطيّب ابن غلبون، وأبي أحمد السامرّيّ وغيره. [وسمع بمصر القاضي أبا الطاهر محمد بن أحمد الذهليّ، والحسن بن رشيق وغيره]. وكان شيخا صالحا. ولد بهراة سنة تسع وعشرين وثلاثمائة. وتوفّي بمكّة سنة سبع عشرة وأربعمائة.
