    ١٧٤٥ - القاضي الذهليّ [٢٧٩ - ٣٦٧] (١) [٧٨ ب] محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن نصر بن بجير بن صالح بن عبد الله بن أسامة، أبو الطاهر، القاضي، ابن القاضي أبي العبّاس، الشيبانيّ، الذهليّ، السدوسيّ، البصريّ، البغداديّ، الفقيه المالكيّ، قاضي مصر. ولي قضاء بغداد وواسط ودمشق ومصر. وكان أبوه على قضاء البصرة وواسط، ودخل مصر سنة أربعين وثلاثمائة، وحجّ منها وعاد إليها وولي القضاء بها. ولم يل قضاءها أحد ممّن ولي [قضاء] بغداد غيره وغير يحيى بن أكثم (٢). وروى عن أبي غالب علي بن أحمد بن النضر وأبي بكر محمد بن يحيى بن سليمان المروزيّ، وإسحاق بن خالويه، والحسين بن الكميت، ومحمد بن عثمان بن سويد، وجعفر بن محمد الفريابي، في آخرين.
