١٦٤٢ - أبو عبد الله الأرمويّ [٦٤٥ - ٧١١] (٦) محمد بن إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن يوسف بن إبراهيم بن سليمان بن البنكو، أبو عبد الله، ابن أبي إسحاق، ابن أبي محمّد، الأرمويّ، من بيتالمشيخة والصلاح. والده أسمع الحديث. وكان جدّه عبد الله من العارفين. دخل إلى مصر [هو] ووالده وجدّه وأخوه أحمد. وسمع من ابن عبد الدائم. ومولده سنة خمس وأربعين وستّمائة. وله شعر وتصانيف. وتوفّي بدمشق سنة إحدى عشرة وسبعمائة.
