١٦١٠ - ابن رفاعة القوصيّ [٥٤٠ - ٥٩٦] (١) [٤٠ ب] محمد بن إبراهيم بن محمد بن عليّ بن رفاعة، كمال الدين، أبو الفتوح، القوصيّ. مولده بقوص في سنة أربعين وخمسمائة. وتوفّي في سنة ستّ وتسعين وخمسمائة. وكان عالما مفنّنا في الفقه والأصلين والنحو واللغة والتفسير. وتقلّد القضاء بالأعمال القوصيّة عدّة سنين، ومدح بعدّة مدائح.
