١٤٦٨ - شمس الدين الحارثيّ [٦٧١ - ٧٣٢] (٢*) [٥١ أ] عبد الرحمن بن مسعود بن أحمد، العلّامة شمس الدين، ابن قاضي القضاة سعد الدين، الحارثيّ، الحنبليّ. ولد سنة إحدى وسبعين وستّمائة. سمع من العزّ الحرّاني، وغازي [الحلاوي] وجماعة. وبرع في الفقه والنحو والأصول، وأفتى وناظر، وتصدّر للإفادة، مع الديانة والصيانة والوقار والسمت الصالح والصدق. وتوفّي بالقاهرة في يوم [الجمعة سادس عشري] ذي الحجّة سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وسبعمائة.
