    ١٤٠١ - خير بن نعيم قاضي مصر [- ١٣٧] (٢) خير بن نعيم بن مرّة بن كريب بن عمرو بن خزيمة بن أوس، الحضرميّ، ثمّ الأجذوميّ، من بني ناهض- يكنّى أبا نعيم، ويقال: أبا إسماعيل- قاضي مصر. روى عن عطاء بن أبي رباح، وعبد الله بن هبيرة السبائيّ، وأبي الزبير المكّي، وجماعة. روى عنه يزيد بن أبي حبيب، وهو أكبر منه، وحيوة بن شريح، وبكر بن عمرو، وعمرو بن الحارث، وسعيد بن أبي أيّوب، والليث بن سعد، وعبد الله بن لهيعة، وغيرهم. وخرّج له مسلم والنسائيّ. قال أبو زرعة: صدوق، وولي قضاء برقة. وقال يزيد بن أبي حبيب: ما أدركت من قضاة مصر أفقه من خير بن نعيم.
