    ١٢٥٥ - ابن باز الموصليّ [٥٥٢ - ٦٢٢] (٥) الحسين بن عمر بن نصر بن الحسن بن سعد بن عبد الله بن باز، أبو عبد الله، الموصليّ. ولد بالموصل يوم الثلاثاء الخامس والعشرين من ذي الحجّة سنة اثنتين وخمسين وخمسمائة، وسمع بها من أبيه وغيره. وسمع ببغداد من لاحق بن عليّ و [فخر النساء] شهدة (٦) بنت [أحمد] الأبري وجماعة. وقدم إلى الشام ومصر تاجرا، وولي دار الحديث المظفّريّة بالموصل، وحدّث بها. وتوفّي بها في ليلة الثاني من شهر ربيع الآخر سنة اثنتين وعشرين وستّمائة.
