    ١١٦٩ - ابن العرجاء القيروانيّ [- بعد ٥٤٧] (٥) الحسن بن عبد الله بن عمر، ابن العرجاء، الإمام أبو عليّ، ابن المقرئ أبي محمّد. قرأ على أبيه، وعلى أبي معشر الطبريّ. وطال عمره، وقصده القرّاء لعلوّ سنده، وقرأ عليه محمد بن أحمد بن معط [التجيبي] الأويوريّ (٦)، وأبو الحسن بن كوثر المحاربيّ، وأبو القاسم محمد بن وضّاح خطيب شقر، وآخرون. وكان أبوه قد أدرك، عند مجيئه من المغرب، الشيخ أبا العبّاس بن نفيس، وأخذ عنه وعن عبد الباقي بن فارس [٣٣٥ ب]. وبقي إلى حدود سمة خمسمائة بمكّة. وبقي أبو علي هذا إلى حدود الأربعين وخمسمائة. وقد رحل إليه أبو عبد الله ابن غلام الفرس بابنه إبراهيم (٧)، وقرأ عليه الروايات الكثيرة.
