١١٤٧ م- الحسن بن إسحاق قاضي المعرّة [- ٣٤٨] (٤) [٥١٣ أ] الحسن بن إسحاق بن نبيل، أبو سعيد، النيسابوريّ ثمّ المعرّي، الحنفيّ. ولي قضاء معرّة النعمان، وكان أصله من نيسابور، وسمع بمصر من النسائيّ والطحاويّ، وبحلب والكوفة والريّ، وله كتاب الردّ على الشافعيّ [فيما يخالف فيه القرآن]. وأقام بالمعرّة أربعين سنة، يعزل عن القضاء ثمّ يعاد، حتّى مات بها [ ... ].
