١٠٥١ - جامع بن باقي الأندلسيّ [- ٦٠٢] (١) [٣٥٣ ب] جامع بن باقي بن عبد الله بن عليّ، التميميّ [، أبو محمد، ] الأندلسيّ، الفقيه الشافعيّ. ولد بالجزيرة الخضراء من الأندلس. وقدم مصر فسمع من السلفيّ وغيره. روى عنه يوسف بن خليل، والشهاب القوصيّ وغيرهما. وولي قضاء إخميم. ويلقّب فخر الدين. ومات بدمشق في سابع عشر ذي القعدة سنة اثنتين وستّمائة.
