    ٦٦٤ - القاضي ابن صصرى [٦٥٥ - ٧٢٣] (٦) [٦٣ أ] أحمد بن محمد بن سالم بن الحسن بنهبة الله بن محفوظ بن الحسن، قاضي القضاة، نجم الدين، أبو العبّاس، ابن أبي المواهب، ابن صصرى، الربعيّ، التغلبيّ، الدمشقيّ، الشافعيّ. ولد يوم السابع عشر من ذي القعدة سنة خمس وخمسين وستّمائة. وحضر بمصر على الرشيد العطّار سنة تسع وخمسين. وسمع بدمشق من ابن عبد الدائم، وابن أبي اليسر، وجدّه لأمّه المسلم بن علّان، وغيره. وخرّج له الشيخ صلاح الدين العلائيّ مشيخة فأجازه عليها بجملة. وأخذ الفقه بدمشق على الشيخ تاج الدين عبد الرحمن الفركاح (١). وأخذ بمصر الفقه والأصول عن الأصبهانيّ (٢).
