٤٠٨ - القاضي ابن داد الحنفيّ [٦٧٤ - بعد ٧٢٨] (١) [١٢٥ ب] أحمد بن إبراهيم بن داد التركيّ، أبو العبّاس، القاضي محيي الدين. مولده سنة أربع وسبعين وستّمائة بالقاهرة. تفقّه على أبيه إبراهيم أبي إسحاق. ثمّ سار إلى حلب ودرس بها وانتهت إليه رئاسة الحنفيّة فيها. توفّي بعد سنة ثمان وعشرين وسبعمائة. وداد بدالين مهملتين بينهما ألف: معناه العقل.
