    ٣٨١ - ابن مزيبل المقرئ الضرير [- ٥٩٧] إبراهيم بن مزيبل (١) بن نصر، القرشيّ، المخزوميّ، الشافعيّ، المقرئ، الضرير، الفقيه الأجلّ. تفقّه، وسمع من الفقيه أبي عمرو عثمان بن إسماعيل الشّارعيّ. وأجاز له أبو عبد الله محمد بن فتحون كتاب الموطّأ، وحدّث به عنه. وسمع منه غير واحد، منهم أبو الطاهر إسماعيل بن قاسم الزيّات. ومات قبله بعشرين سنة. ودرّس بالمدرسة المعروفة به بمصر مدّة طويلة. وتفقّه به جماعة، منهم القاضي أبو عبد الله محمد ابن أبي الطاهر إسماعيل المحلّي. وتوفّي يوم عرفة سنة سبع وتسعين وخمسمائة، وله ثمانون سنة وشهران، ودفن من الغد بسفح المقطّم ﵀.
