    ٣٢٨ - ابن بسّام الهارونيّ [٢٦٨ - ٣٥٤] (٣) إبراهيم بن محمد بن أحمد بن بسّام، أبو إسحاق، الهارونيّ، من ولد هارون الرشيد. ولد سنة ثمان وستّين ومائتين. ونزل مصر، روى عن بكر بن سهل، ومنصور ابن إسماعيل الفقيه، وعليّ بن سليمان الأخفش. روى عنه أبو الحسن الخصيب بن عبد الله بن محمد بن الخصيب، وأبو عثمان سعيد بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن عبيد الله بن سعد بن كثير بن عفير، وأبو عمران موسى بن رباح بن عيسى. وسمع منه بمصر أحمد بن عبد الله بن عبيد الله الشيبانيّ النحويّ. وكان كاتب منصور الفقيه. توفّي في ذي الحجّة سنة أربع وخمسين وثلاثمائة. قال الماليني: وهو ثقة.
