    ٣١٤ - ابن شرسان السهميّ [- ٣٦٨] (٢) إبراهيم بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن سهل، أبو إسحاق، الجرجانيّ، المؤدّب، عرف بابن شرسان، السهميّ. رحل إلى العراق، والشام، ومصر، وفارس، وخراسان، وخوارزم. سمع بدمشق عبد الله بن غياث الرقّيّ، وبالعراق أبا القاسم البغويّ، وابن صاعد، وبالبصرة محمد بن زهير الأيليّ، وأبا عليّ عبد الكريم بن أحمد الرواسيّ، وببلاد فارس أبا إسحاق إبراهيم بن عبد الله الربيني، وأحمد بن محمد بن أوس الهمداني. روى عنه حمزة السهميّ. وتوفّي في صفر سنة ثمان وستّين وثلاثمائة.
