٢١٢ - ابن بقيّ المنجنيقيّ [- ٦٤٧] إبراهيم بن عليّ بن ظافر بن حسن بن حميد بن بقيّ، أبو إسحاق، الشاميّ الأصل، الدمياطيّ، المنجنيقيّ. سمع من القاضي أبي إسحاق بن عمر بن عليّ الأسعرديّ بدمياط، ومن زين الأمناء أبي البركات ابن عساكر وغيره، وحدّث. توفّي في ذي القعدة سنة سبع وأربعين وستّمائة في نوبة دمياط: ضربه الفرنج على رجليه، وهو على المنجنيق بالمنصورة، وحمل وبه رمق فمات بالطريق. وكان ماهرا في الهندسة مقدّما عند الملوك. وبقيّ بضمّ الباء الموحّدة وفتح القاف وتشديد الياء آخر الحروف، تصغير بقيّ، قيّده الدمياطيّ (٣).
