١٩٧ - القاضي ابن عرفات القنائيّ [- ٧٤٤] (١) إبراهيم بن عرفات بن صالح، القاضي الرضيّ، ابن أبي المنى، القنائيّ. كان من الفقهاء الحكّام الأجواد المتصدّقين حسن الاعتقاد في أهل الصلاح. يقال إنّه كان يتصدّق في كلّ يوم عاشوراء [٣٨ ب] بألف دينار. وأتته امرأة في يوم عاشوراء فأعطاها ثمّ أتته فأعطاها وتكرّر مجيئها (٢) وهو يعطيها ولا يسأم حتّى نالها منه ستّمائة درهم. وولي الحكم بقنا. ومات يوم السبت ثاني عشرين شوّال سنة أربع وأربعين وسبعمائة (٣).
