٨ - أبو العبّاس البصراويّ [٦٠٩ - ٦٩٧] (١) إبراهيم بن أحمد بن عقبة بن هبة الله بن عطاء بن ياسين بن زهير بن إسحاق، القاضي صدر الدين، أبو العبّاس، ابن محيي الدين، البصراوي، الحنفيّ. مولده ببصرى بالشام في ربيع الآخر سنة تسع وستّمائة واشتغل بالفقه على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة ﵀، ودرّس بدمشق. وقدم القاهرة. وولي قضاء حلب عوضا عن [ ... ] ثم صرف في [ ... ] وقدم القاهرة، وسعى حتى أعيد إلى القضاء فسار إلى دمشق. ومات بها [٧ أ] قبل وصوله إلى حلب في حادي عشر شهر رمضان يوم السبت سنة سبع وتسعين وستّمائة. ودفن بقاسيون. فعجب الناس من حرصه مع ما كان له بدمشق من الكفاية.
