    وهذه اتفاقية حداء وهي بين نجد وشرقي الأردن نظرًا للعلاقات الودية السائدة بن الحكومة البريطانية السامية من جهة وسلطنةنجد وملحقاتها من جهة أخرى، ونظرًا لرغبتهما في تعيين الحدود بين نجد وشرقي الأردن وتسوية بعض المسائل المتعلقة بذلك اختارت الحكومة البريطانية السامية "السير جلبرت كلايتون" "كي بي أي سي بي سي أم جي" وعينته مندوبًا مفوضًا عنها ليعقد اتفاقية في هذا الشأن مع السلطان عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن آل فيصل آل سعود تعاهدا على المواد الآتية:
