عمر بن محمّد المدعو مظفّر الدّين أبي بكر ، التّركمانيّ الأصل، القاهريّ، / المقرئ، أخو أحمد الماضي (¬١)، والآتي والدهما،ويعرف ب «ابن المظفّر»، قاله في «الضّوء». وقال: سمع على أبيه وغيره غالب الرّوايات، وكانت بيده وظائف، فتنزّل في صوفيّة الأشرفيّة للحنابلة من الواقف، وفي خانقاه يشبك وغيرها، وأخذ عنه التّاج عبد الوهّاب بن شرف، ورام أخذ الأشرفيّة بعده فلم يتمكّن لكونه شافعيّا. مات قريب السّتين. ٤٩٧ -
