عثمان بن محمّد بن محمّد بن الحسن بن الحافظ عبد الغنيّ. قال في «الشّذرات»: سمع من الحجّار، واشتغل في الفقه، وقرأ على التّاج المراكشيّ، وسمع من ابن الرّضيّ، وبنت الكمال، وحفظ «التّسهيل» وحدّث وأفاد. توفّي في رجب سنة ٧٨٥. ٤٣١ -
