عبد الله بن عمر بن إبراهيم بن محمّد الأكمل بن مفلح. نقلت من «تذكرة ابن أخيه محمّد بن إبراهيم الأكمل» ما نصّه: من خطّ شيخنا يعني ابن طولون في كتابه «التّمتّع بالأقران» في ترجمة عمّي قاضيالقضاة شرف الدّين أن مولده سنة ٨٩٣ وأنّ والده فوّض إليه النّيابة في يوم الجمعة عاشر المحرّم سنة ٩١١، وتولّى القضاء استقلالا بعد والده في نصف ذي الحجّة سنة ٩١٩. قلت أنا: واستمرّ قاضيا حنبليّا إلى أن انقرضت دولة الجراكسة سنة ٩٢٢ وولي القضاء مفردا من غزّة إلى سلميّة (¬١) سنة ٩٢٦ بأمر السّلطان سليم خان، وعزل في أوائل سنة ٩٢٧ واستمرّ إلى أن مات في قسطنطينيّة سنة ٩٥٥.٣٩٠ -
