عبد الغنيّ بن محمّد بن عمر بن مفلح الصّالحيّ القاضي زين الدّين.قال ابن طولون في «السّكردان»: نشأ نشأة حسنة، وحفظ القرآن، واشتغل، ثمّ أعرض عن ذلك، وسمع على جدّه النّظام عمر بن مفلح كثيرا من الأجزاء، وغالب الصّحيحين، وأجاز له جماعة منهم: أبو عبد الله بن جوارش، وأبو العبّاس بن زيد، وقريبه البرهان بن مفلح، أجاز لنا شفاها، وأنشدنا لنفسه أو لغيره عدّة مقاطيع. توفّي في ذي القعدة سنة ٩١٤، ودفن بالرّوضة بالسّفح./٣٤١ -
