    الحسن بن محمّد بن سليمان بن حمزة أحمد بن أبي عمر، المقدسيّ الأصل، ثمّ الدّمشقيّ، بدر الدّين قاضي القضاة.سمع من جدّه، وعيسى المطعّم وغيرهما، وحدّث، ودرّس بدار الحديث الأشرفيّة (¬١) بسفح قاسيون، وبالجوزيّة أيضا، وكان بيده تدريسها، وناب في الحكم عن ابن قاضي الجبل. وتوفّي ليلة الخميس نصف ربيع الأوّل سنة ٧٧٠، ودفن بسفح قاسيون. قاله في «الشّذرات».٢٣٢ -
