حسن بن محمّد بن حسن الصّالحيّ، ويعرف ب «ابن قندس» بضمّ القاف والدّال المهملة، وآخره مهملة. قال في «الضّوء»: ولد قبل سنة ٧٧٠ على ما يظهر من مسموعه، فإنّه سمع من لفظ المحبّ الصّامت قطعة من «مسند أبي يعلى الموصليّ»، وكذا سمع من محمّد الثّاني بن الرّشيد عبد الرّحمن المقدسيّ الأوّل الكثير من «فوائد ابن بشران»، وحدّث، سمع منه الفضلاء، مات في العشر الأوسط من المحرّم سنة ٤٠، ودفن بسفح قاسيون.٢٣٠ -
