أبو بكر بن عليّ بن أبي بكر بن الحكم بن سيف الدّين، وتقيّ الدّين، النّابلسيّ، المفتي. قال في «الضّوء»: ويعرف ب «ابن الحكم». قال شيخنا في «معجمه»: لقيته بنابلس فقرأت عليه «الأربعين المنتقاة من المستجاد في تاريخ بغداد» مع الأسانيد بسماعه لذلك على البيانيّ. - انتهى-. وحدّثنا عنه القلقشنديّ التّقيّ بالمسلسل عن الميدوميّ سماعا. توفّي [ .... ]. ١٩٢ -
