    أبو بكر بن خليل بن عمر بن السّلم، النّابلسيّ الأصل، ثمّ الصّفديّ المشهور ب «ابن الحوائج كاش». قاضي صفد وابن قاضيها، اشتغل بالعلم ومهر، وباشر القضاء بمدينة صفد مدّة، ثمّ عزل وولي مرّات، وكان في زمن عزله يحترف بالشّهادة، إلى أن توفّي بصفد سنة ٨٨٩. قاله في «الشّذرات».١٨٧ -
