    ٤١٦١ - محمد بن مسروق القاضي. * قال البرذعي: قلت (لأَبي زُرْعة): محمد بن مسروق القاضي؟ قال:شَيخٌ، حَدَّث عن الوليد بن جميع، عن أبي الطُّفَيل، عن سعيد بن زيد بحديث أوهم فيه. قلت: فأصححه؟ قال: حدثنا أبو نعيم. قال الوليد بن جميع. قال: حدثني من سمع سعيد بن زيد. يقول: "من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد" (٢/ ٣٣٥ و ٣٣٦).
