"التاريخ الكبير" ٦/ ١٧٣٨. * وقال أبو زرعة الدمشقي: حدثني معاوية. قال: حدثني منصور بن أبيمزاحم. قال: حدثنا أبو بكر بن نوفل بن الفرات العقيلي. قال: قيل لميمون بن مهران: كيف ابنك عبد الأعلى؟ قال: نِعْمَ الرجل عَمرو! ! . "تاريخه" (١٧٩٠).
