١٨٨ - أحمد بن كامل بن شجرة القاضي، أبو بكر البغدادي. * قال السهمي: وسأل الشيخ أبو سعد الإسماعيلي أبا الحسن الدارقطني عن أبي بكر أحمد بن كامل بن خلف (كذا) القاضي؟ فقال: كان متساهلًا، ربما حدث من حفظه ما ليس عنده في كتابه، وأهلكه العُجب، فإنه كان يختار، ولا يضع لأحدٍ من العلماء الأئمة أصلًا فقال له أبو سعد الإسماعيلي: كان جريري المذهب؟ قال أبو الحسن: بل خالفه، واختار لنفسه، وأملى كتابًا في السنن، وتكلم على الأخبار.
