    موسى كاسولي (٠٠٠ - ١٤٠٦ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٨٦ م) داعية، محسن. من أوغندا. عاش في بيت يدين بالنصرانية، وهداه الله إلى الإسلام في الثلاثين من عمره. وكان ثريا، أنفق جزءا كبيرا من ثروته على المشاريع الخيرية. فبنى عدة مساجد في البلاد، ومدرسة لتدريس العلوم الشرعية، وفتح حلقات للنساء الأميات لتعليمهن أمور دينهن، وأرسل طلابا إلى مصر للتعليم، وعند ما وضعت الحكومة الاستعمارية شروطا تعجيزية للحجاج لعرقلة مسيرهم إلى الحج، وهو تخصيص مبلغ من المال كضمان يدفعه الحجاج عند سفرهم، تكفل هو- ﵀ بدفع المبلغ (٥).
