موسى بن عبد الله الزنجاني (١٣٢٨ - ١٣٩٩ هـ- ١٩١٠ - ١٩٧٩ م) فقيه إمامي. ولد في قرية كوجه قيا من توابع ايجرود الخمسة بإيران، ثم درس العلوم الشرعية في قم على جماعة من العلماء الشيعة، وكان أكثر استفاداته العلمية من دروس محمد الحجة الكوهكمري. وكان منعزلا، قضى عمره بتدريس السطوح والتأليف والتصنيف. وتوفي بقم. من مؤلفاته: - تهذيب الوسائل. - الجامع في الرجال. - الفقه على آراء فقهاء الإسلام. - حكم الزوجة المفقود عنها زوجها. - حاشية العروة الوثقى. - العمل الصالح. - الفهرست لمشاهير علماء زنجان. - مدينة البلاغة. - نسيم السحر (٣).
