    مصطفى محمد عبد الساتر (١٣٤١ - ١٤١١ هـ- ١٩٢٢ - ١٩٩١ م) حزبي، كاتب. من بعلبك بلبنان. ناضل في صفوف الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي. وقد أحرز إجازة في الحقوق من جامعة دمشق سنة ١٩٤٤ م. دخل السجن غير مرة، واضطر إلى النزوح من بيته ومكتبه بسبب الأحداث اللبنانية. مارس الكتابة والتأليف، نشر مقالاته في الجرائد والمجلات، وكتب في القصة والرواية والأدب والسياسة والحقوق. أصدر كتابه الأول «أيام وقضية» سنة ١٤٠٢ هـ، وأتبعه بكتاب «السلام والثورة الديمقراطية» ثم كتاب «شؤون قومية» و «بيروت في لهب نجمة داود» ومجموعات قصصية وروائية مخطوطة (٣).
