مسلم بن حمود الحسيني الحلي (١٣٣٥ - ١٤٠١ هـ- ١٩١٦ - ١٩٨١ م) من علماء الشيعة: ولد في الحلة بالعراق. قرأ العلوم الشرعية في النجف، من مشايخه محمد الحسين كاشف الغطاء، ومحسن الحكيم. تخرج عليه تلامذة. أسس «جميعة المقاصد الإسلامية». وله نظم. من مؤلفاته: - الأصول الاعتقادية في الإسلام.- النجف ١٣٨٣ هـ. - الزكاة.- بغداد، ١٣٧١ هـ. - الصوم.- بغداد، ٢ مج. - القرآن والعقيدة، أو آيات العقائد. - النجف، ١٣٨٠ هـ، ٢ مج. - الميزان الصحيح، أو ملحوظات على كتاب «تاريخ التشريع الإسلامي». - النجف، ١٣٦٦ هـ (٣). مسلم بن حمود الحسيني الحلي
