محمد بن عبد الرحمن العراقي (٠٠٠ - ١٣٩٨ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٧٨ م) فقيه، مشارك، مجاهد. من المغرب. أخذ العلم عن الشيخ الشريف بن علي التكناوتي الحسني، وعلال بن الفاطمي، وحماد الصنهاجي، وعدة. وكان من أول من أدرج بكلية القرويين بعد إدخال النظام إليه. أظهر تحمسا حول القضية الوطنية فنفوه إلى الصحراء، وبقي هناك أكثر من سنة ونصف السنة، وامتنع من التوقيع على عزل السلطان محمد الخامس فنهبت داره. توفي ٧ صفر (٢). محمد بن عبد الرحمن العراقي
