    محمد بن خلف آل راشد (١٣٢١ - ١٤١٢ هـ- ١٩٠٣ - ١٩٩٢ م) قاض. ولد في حائل، تلقى العلم على أيدي مشايخ منهم: فيصل المبارك، حسين الشغدلي، محمد بن عبد الوهاب بن عقيل. عين قاضيا في محكمة القريات، ثم نقل إلى قضاء تيماء، فالجوف، ثم المحكمة المستعجلة بالمدينة المنورة وبها توفي (١).
