    محمد الحافظ التجاني (٠٠٠ - ١٣٩٨ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٧٨ م) عالم، محدّث، صوفي. رحل في طلب الحديث إلى بلاد كثيرة، وجمع من الإجازات الكثير. وضمّت مكتبته نفائس المخطوطات والكتب، وبنى زاوية في المغربلين وعمّرها. وهو شريف، حسيني حسني، أثنى عليه شيخ الأزهر عبد الحليم محمود. صنف وأفاد وخدم علم الحديث، وترك تلامذة جهابذة في شتى بقاع الأرض. توفي في ٢٩ جمادى الآخرة. ومن تصانيفه: - ترتيب ذخائر المواريث في الدلالة على مواضع الحديث للنابلسي.- ترتيب مسند الإمام أحمد. - رد أوهام القاديانية وأهل الحق. - العارفون بالله السادة الصوفية. - الحق في الحق والخلق. - سنة الرسول ﷺ (١).
