    مارون بغدادي (٠٠٠ - ١٤١٤ هـ- ٠٠٠ - ١٩٩٣ م) كاتب، مخرج سينمائي. انتسب إلى نقابة الفنيين السينمائيين بلبنان منذ بدايات عمله في السينما. أعماله: - فيلم «بيروت يا بيروت» ١٩٧٤. - «حروب صغيرة» ١٩٨٣، حصل على ثناء النقاد في مهرجان كان. - «الرجل المحجب» ١٩٨٧. - «لبنان بلد العسل والبخور» ١٩٨٨.- «مارا» بالفرنسية ١٩٨٩، حاز على جائزة أجمل عمل درامي في مهرجان فالنسيا. - «بطء في الريح» بالإنكليزية. - «خارج الحياة» ١٩٩١، فاز فيه بجائزة التحكيم الدولية في مهرجان كان عام ١٩٩١. - «فتاة الهواء» بالفرنسية عام ١٩٩٢ (١).
