عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن المطرفي (١٣٢٥ - ١٤١٥ هـ- ١٩٠٧ - ١٩٩٥ م) قاض، عالم. ولد في الحريق بالسعودية. درس في الجامع الكبير بالرياض مع زملائه ابن باز وابن حميد وغيرهما. حفظ القرآن الكريم وكثيرا من المتون. عينه الملك عبد العزيز قاضيا على بلدة الحلوة، فجلس هناك عشرين عاماتقريبا، وضمّ إليه قضاء مناطق أخرى، ثم نقل إلى الدلم فأملج فساجر، فقضى خمسين عاما في القضاء. وامتاز بسعة علمه وقوته في قضائه وحزمه ونزاهته. اعتزل الناس من ثم واشتغل بالعبادة والذكر إلى أن توفي بالرياض يوم ٢١ ذي الحجة (١).
