عبد الرزاق بن محمد المسعود (١٣٤٣ - ١٤١٤ هـ- ١٩٢٤ - ١٩٩٤ م) عالم، قاض. ولد في الزلفي بالسعودية. درس على علماء بالرياض، منهم الشيخ ابن باز. عمل بهيئة الأمر بالمعروف في الزلفي، حفظ القرآن عن ظهر قلب، عين قاضيا في البديع بالأفلاج قرابة (١٣) عاما، ثم في ضرية، ثم بقعا. وكان يجلس بعد صلاة العصر في بيته للدرس. ويتردد عليه بعض طلبة العلم (٢).
