صالح بن عبد الرحمن السكيتي (١٣٣١ - ١٤٠٤ هـ- ١٩١٢ - ١٩٨٤ م) فقيه حنبلي. ولد في بريدة بالسعودية، درس العلوم الشرعية حتى أدرك وعدّ من العلماء، من شيوخه سليمان بن عبد الله العمري، وصالح بن كريديس، وعمر بن محمد بن سليم. عين إماما ومدرّسا بمسجد الأمير عبد العزيز بن مساعد في بلده واستمرّ فيه قرابة خمسين سنة، تخللها بعض الانقطاع في أسفاره للقضاء في المذنب. توفي في ١٥ ذي القعدة (٥). وقفت له على رسالة بعنوان: التبيين في تلقين مبادئ الدين (بالاشتراك مع عبد الرحمن بن حمد الجكيلي).- مكة المكرمة: مكتبة النهضة الحديثة، ١٣٩٤ هـ، ١٣ ص.
