    حنّة شاهين (١٣٢٨ - ١٤٠٥ هـ- ١٩١٠ - ١٩٨٥ م) اجتماعية مشاركة. ولدت في بلدة سوق الغرب بلبنان، وانتقلت مع العائلة إلى بيروت. عملت في لجنة مكافحة تشغيل الأحداث في المصانع .. وهي رئيسة لجنة الشئون الاجتماعية. عضو عامل ورئيسة في جمعيات عديدة على مر السنين، مثل جمعية المساعدات لمستشفى الأمراض العقلية، رابطة رأس بيروت، رابطة الاتحاد النسائي اللبناني، ميتم مار إلياس، الجمعية المسيحية للشابات .. وحازت أوسمة وكئوسا فضية. كتبت في صباها وأخرجت ومثلت رواية «جزاء الفضيلة» في عالية .. وروت حكايات «ستي» على الأسطوانات والأشرطة وعلى شاشة التلفزيون (٢). - خ-
