    أحمد بن عبد الله الفاسي (١٣٤٠ - ١٤١٤ هـ- ١٩٢٢ - ١٩٩٣ م) شاعر، مدرّس. من أسرة مكية عريقة، هاشمية حسنية، تتصل بنسب مؤرّخ مكة في القرن الثامن الهجري التقي الفاسي. ولد بمكة. تلقى معارفه بالمدرسة العزيزية، ثم المعهد العلمي السعودي، اشتغل بالتدريس في مدرسة الاصطياف بالطائف، ثم سافر إلى مصر والتحق بكلية الشريعة، وعاد إلى الحجاز، عاكفا على دراسة الأدب العربي .. واشتغل في الوظائف الحكومية، فعين كاتبا بمطبعة الحكومة، ثمسكرتيرا لها، فعضوا بهيئة الإذاعة السعودية ... من دواوين شعره: - الأطياف العائدة، ١٣٨٠ هـ. - اللحن الأول، ١٣٨٠ هـ (١).
