    عبد الله زيني بن صديق (١٣٤٨ - ١٤٠٦ هـ- ١٩٢٧ - ١٩٨٦ م) فاضل، وجيه، إداري. ولد في مكة المكرمة. درس في المدرسة الرحمانية بالمسعى، ثم في معهد الإدارة العامة بمصر. عمل في أمانة العاصمة المقدسة وتدرج في مناصبها إلى أن صار أمينا لها منذ عام ١٤٠٢ هـ. شارك في العديد من المؤتمرات الدولية، منها مؤتمرات منظمة المدن العربية، ومنظمة العواصم والمدن الإسلامية. أسهم في المشاريع الخيرية مثل بناء المساجد والأربطة وتأسيس الجمعيات الخيرية. وهو أول من دعم وساند فكرة إنشاء وإقامة لجنة خاصة بجمع الأطعمة الزائدة في الولائم والحفلات والمناسبات
