    عبد الآخر محمد عبد الآخر (١٣٥٠ - ١٤١٠ هـ- ١٩٣١ - ١٩٩٠ م) قانوني، حزبي. عرف باسم: حلمي عبد الآخر. ولد في طهطا بمحافظة سوهاج. حصل على الإجازة في الحقوق من جامعة فؤاد الأول سنة ١٩٥٠ م. عمل معاون نيابة، وتدرج في الوظائف حتى منصب مستشار بالاستئناف، ثم استقال للعمل بالمحاماة عام ١٣٧٧ هـ. وهو عضو مجلس الشعب عن دائرة طهطا منذ ١٣٩٦ هـ. عين وكيلا برلمانيا في العام التالي، وتولى منصب وزارة شؤون مجلس الشعب سنة ١٤٠١ هـ. وهو عضو هيئة السكرتارية العامة لحزب مصر. اشترك في تأسيس الحزب الوطني .. من أعضاء برلمان وادي النيل. توفي في ٨ نيسان (أبريل) (١).
